The Zámocká project is exceptional not only for its design but also for the story behind its realization. At the beginning, there was almost nothing on site—only a base layer of fatrafol and simple railing. The entire space was therefore built from scratch according to the architect’s design, with everything visible today crafted and installed on-site by our skilled installers. The result is a modern terrace with composite decking that functions as a fully usable outdoor living space.
From a technical perspective, the project is based on a well-designed self-supporting aluminum substructure. This structure consists of a double frame placed on pedestals, allowing installation without interfering with the original base. Timbermax T138 composite decking boards were used for both the flooring and visible structural elements. Additional details and finishing elements were completed using F80 profiles, with the installation direction adapted to the design and function of each section.
The project also includes custom-made elements such as integrated seating, storage units, and planters, all forming a cohesive and functional outdoor space. The structures combine aluminum profiles with composite cladding, while the interior of the planters is technically designed using bond boards and protective foil to handle soil and moisture. An automatic irrigation system was implemented in cooperation with a landscape specialist. The result is a space that combines modern design, functionality, and low-maintenance solutions in one.
