Prices and ordering method

We know that our services are one of the more expensive compared to companies offering similar composite materials. However, it is important to note that the material composition of the profiles in our range, together with the design of the Timbermax® boards, cannot be compared qualitatively with similar materials on the European market. The price of the material in this case realistically corresponds to its quality, which is also covered by the contractually guaranteed 25-year warranty on colour fastness and stain resistance. The internally adapted production process, the profile design and the proprietary system of fixing elements make up the complexity of the final work with properties engineered for long-term exterior use. We ensure years of satisfaction and carefree use of the delivered work. Clients often contact us after many years of use of a terrace or façade with requests for additions to project elements or new projects. We also cooperate with several architectural and construction companies. After years on the market, the emphasis on quality work has paid off and the Timbermax® brand has become the market leader in Central Europe without paid advertising, only thanks to quality recommendations.

Brief description of the profiles

The price of the material for lining one square metre with T138 profile is 83,97 Eur/m2 without VAT at a gap between the boards of 2 mm. The gap is automatically adjusted during installation using a clip of our production. When installing terraces and facades, up to three types of clips are used to achieve fixation or flexibility of the board depending on the location where what is needed.

Discounts are given in a table according to the size of the tiled area. Individual discounts for companies and large customers must be communicated in person or by sending a request with all necessary information by e-mail to : info@timbermax.sk

Turnkey work

The benefit of our company is the ability to order turnkey work with the longest warranty in the industry. Turnkey work refers to the carefree complete execution of the work, from the pricing of the project, the import of materials, the installation of the work to the removal of construction waste. The implementation is based on a pre-approved and contracted amount per square meter. When ordering such a realization, you will receive a 5-year guarantee for installation and a 25-year guarantee for colour fastness and stain resistance. The guarantee of up to 5 years on installation together with quality reviews reflect the reliability of the material and the quality of the installation. We have developed an automated pricing system for ordering turnkey work.

The prices below include complete material, assembly, transport and incidental budget costs.

Prices do not include edge/side moulding overlay. Depending on the type of moulding used, the prices per standard metre including screws with coloured header and installation are as follows:

Price offer

We have developed for you a simple pricing system based on the principle of a car configurator. The online calculator can calculate the total value of the turnkey project with the breakdown of the amount for materials, assembly and incidental budget costs. During the process of pricing a terrace or façade, you are accompanied by explanations of the individual steps of the installation process along with graphic visualizations for the best possible idea of the final work. The online calculator also offers the possibility of purchasing individual materials via e-shop for clients or companies who are interested in the exact number of pieces of individual items from our offer.

We cannot include every required detail of the design according to the client's idea in the quotation without an inspection. In case the offer is not clarified by inspection of the building prior to implementation, we have an established assembly procedure where the client and the assembly group will go through the individual options of details such as moulding or splintering of window frames, etc., during the first day of implementation. If the client does not specify all the details in the price list, they will be defined in the preamble of the contract by the price per bm (linear meter) and after the completion of the realization and handover of the work, the details will be paid according to the actual consumption.

The date of execution is specified only after the payment of a deposit of 60% of the total amount of the contract. If the interval between the signing of the contract and the implementation is longer than 3 months, the advance payment can be paid by the client in two instalments.

The work contract guarantees the price per m2 of the tiled area, according to the approved quotation, where the client specifies the expected area of implementation. The client will pay an additional amount of 40% based on the measurement of the total tiled area after completion of the work. The total cladding area will be calculated after final measurement and summing of all areas by multiplying by the guaranteed unit price per m2.

Not only the client but also the contractor is covered by the guarantee of the price of the work per m2 of the tiled area. During many years of experience, it has often happened to us that the area in the quotation did not correspond to the actual tiled area of the contract. In case the client has a total amount of 100m2 in the approved and contracted quotation and only 90m2 is tiled, he will only pay for the tiled 90m2. We will remove the leftover material with the construction waste. On the other hand, if for example, the client kindly states a cladding area of 90m2 in the quotation, and after the contract is contracted, up to 100m2 is clad during the execution, the client is obliged to pay for the real cladding area of 100m2. During implementation, the need for additional tiling is communicated with the client and tiling of a significantly larger area is only proceeded with after the client's agreement.
