Project Terrace, pool and façade – Nové Mesto

The Nové Mesto project brings together the terrace beside the house, the pool surround and the vertical façade as one coordinated architectural composition. Timbermax T138 composite profiles in the Accoya finish were used throughout.
All areas use an aluminium substructure. The terrace and pool surround were installed over a concrete base, with F80 profiles forming the exposed terrace edges and the inner pool edge. A distinctive detail is the circular pool hatch, where the profiles were individually shaped to follow the curve while maintaining the continuity of the deck surface.
The vertical façade was installed on a building with 150 mm external insulation. The aluminium framework was anchored through the insulation layer into the load-bearing substrate using through-fixings. The completed project creates a consistent connection between terrace, pool and façade with particular attention to precise detailing.
